Here are 3 ways to live like an armyman.   Step 1 :-    Maintain Fitness                     • Fitness is keyrole in army . If you wanna be like a militaryman you must have body like him.          • Some basic habits we must add are :         > wake up at 4:30 a.m. .         > go for run and do excercise .         > solve riddles during breakfast .         > get a cold shower . Step 2 :- Be a gentleman                 • For all gentleman is only one who is kind to all but he is one who have good impression and choice .        • To be a gentleman :          > do daily morning work (routine).          > get well dressed .          > apply perfume or body spray .          > come hair and shave properly .       Step 3 :- Get knowledge              • To live life like armyman we must have mind like militaryma

Indian Air Force The Indian Air Force is the air wing of Indian armed forces. On the basis of number of personnel and there aircrafts Indian Air Force is on the rank of 4th in the world. Being fit in the army is must.....and we must work on fitness since 14 years  ,only then we can feel ourselves as a army man. • Best part of fitness is whenever you are in a situation, its your fitness that boost you up the most. • There are two type of fitness:    >physical fitness.    >mental fitness.  And both of them are must for a military man. • If we talk about fitness we must follow a certain daily routine to make our physical and mental fitness. • Daily routine that we must follow is :       > Wake up at 4:30 a.m.     > Go for a run (atleast 3.5km).     > Do excercise in  Home workout 3D  .     > Drink 2 glass of water.     > Have hygienic and protein rich breakfast.     > Avoid sleep after lunch.     > Instead solve riddles and watch army videos.     > Make regular habit of sleeping at 9:00 p.m. • These simple routine can make you a military man physically.
