Be fit like an army man : strong and dashing.




Being fit in the army is must.....and we must work on fitness since 14 years  ,only then we can feel ourselves as a army man.

• Best part of fitness is whenever you are in a situation, its your fitness that boost you up the most.

• There are two type of fitness:
   >physical fitness.
   >mental fitness.
 And both of them are must for a military man.

• If we talk about fitness we must follow a certain daily routine to make our physical and mental fitness.

• Daily routine that we must follow is :
 
    > Wake up at 4:30 a.m.
    > Go for a run (atleast 3.5km).
    > Do excercise in Home workout 3D .
    > Drink 2 glass of water.
    > Have hygienic and protein rich breakfast.
    > Avoid sleep after lunch.
    > Instead solve riddles and watch army videos.
    > Make regular habit of sleeping at 9:00 p.m.

• These simple routine can make you a military man physically.
